Milo’ accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
For your convenience we also accept all major credit cards payment through Paypal(you do not need to have a Paypal account to use such feature).
Redeem promotions and Discount codes
You may redeem your store credit code or discount code by entering the code at checkout. Any remaining balance will be available for a future purchase.
Returns are accepted for full refund or store credit only under the following conditions:
- All returned shipments must be postmarked within 20 days from the time you received your order.
- Once we have received your return we will use our commercial best efforts to process store credit or exchange within 5 business days.
- Returned merchandise must be pre-authorized by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) prior sending merchandise back, no exceptions.
- Milo’ will not accept any item for full refund or exchange that bears any indication that it was worn, washed or altered.
- Returned items must include all original packaging, no exceptions. Please send us back your purchase with a copy of receipt.
- Original shipping cost is not refundable.
- Please note you are also responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us, using your own carrier.
- Milo’ is not responsible for any return that is lost, stolen or mishandled during transit, we recommend that you insure your package for the value of the contents.
- Milo’ reserves the right to refuse return goods.All discounted merchandise are final sale: No returns, no exchanges, or no store credit given.
- Milo' credit is valid for one year from the date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after this time.
